Haz Pc's is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you,
is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter and to personalize your shopping experience with us; that's all.

Cookies sent to your computer from Haz Pc's only last while your browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Pricing Policy

Haz Pc's pricing reflects the competitive nature of the I.T. industry and therefore is carefully monitored by our sales team to provide our customers with the latest, competitive prices. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 1st July 2000. Product prices are dynamically updated by our in house purchasing system when price changes are received from our suppliers.

If you find a cheaper advertised price elsewhere, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.



 

 

Shipping Policy

Dispatching:
No goods will leave Haz Pc's until they have been paid for in full or prior arrangements have been made. If this is the case, the item will remain the property of Haz Pc's until paid for in full.

Shipping:
Unless requested otherwise, the order will be shipped via any shipping service chosen by
Haz Pc's.

Damaged Items:
Haz Pc's takes no responsibility for any items that may be damaged during delivery, All items are packed very well, No insurance is offered by Haz Pc's regarding breakage or other damage during shipping. In the event of damage, please contact Haz Pc's by email immediately of such an incident.

Missing Items:
Haz Pc's takes no responsibilityof stolen or missing items once dispatched from our warehouse. All item are the sole responsibility of the purchaser once item leave our warehouse.

 

 


Warranty & Returns Policy

Our returns and warranty policy is listed below. Please read this carefully before purchasing from Haz Pc's.

Used parts:
All Used parts sold by Haz Pc's have a Return-to-Base (RTB) 30-day warranty, from date of invoice.

Refurbished parts:
All refurbished parts sold by Haz Pc's have a Return-to-Base (RTB) 3 Month warranty, from date of invoice.

New:
All parts Have a RTB (return to base) Manufactures Warranty & all Haz Pc's Built Systems carry a lifetime Labour Warranty (RTB & Non Transferrable) which is void if the case is opened by a non Haz Pc's Staff Member manufacturer).

Laptops:
All used Laptops sold by Haz Pc's have a Return-to-Base (RTB) 30-day warranty, from date of invoice.
( BATTERIES NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY ).

    Returning Product for Service or Replacement

  • An RA (Return Authorization) number must be obtained from our customer service department before any goods are returned Click here
  • The RA number must be clearly written on the shipping label and a copy of the original invoice must be supplied when ever possible. Click here to view your past orders.
  • All costs incurred in returning the product to us for repair, replacement or credit are your responsibility.
  • Warranty on all equipment will be the manufacturers warranty and at the manufacturers discretion.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. You must not write on or attach labels to the product being returned.
  • We accept no responsibility for goods lost in transit. It is your responsibility to insure them.
  • We will not accept goods sent to us as receiver pays or without a clearly marked RA number.
  • If an RA number can't be identified Haz Pc's will be unable to accept delivery of the returned goods.
  • An RA number does not guarantee credit, repair or replacement. It is simply an authorization to return goods to us.

  • If a product is returned as faulty and found not faulty, the customer will incur a fee of $30 (no-fault fee).


  • Returning Product for Credit

  • An RA (Return Authorization) number must be obtained from our customer service department before any goods are returned Click here
  • Software is non-refundable once opened.
  • Please check the specifications and compatibility of the goods being ordered to ensure they are what you require as we do not supply goods on a trial basis.
  • We are happy to advise on the compatibility or suitability of the equipment being purchased. We cannot, however, guarantee that it will work in your system and we take no responsibility that it will meet your requirements.
  • We do not refund or credit for incorrect choice.
  • Items that are being returned for credit MUST be unopened in their original undamaged/unmarked packaging, and will incur a restocking fee of 10%. NO credit is available for any freight paid.
  • No goods will be accepted for refund or credit after 7 days from the date of invoice.


  • General Conditions

  • RA's are valid for 7 days only, any item sent after the seven days will not be accepted by our returns department.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns that: -
    • are incomplete or missing parts; or
    • are not returned in their original packaging,
    • show signs of physical damage to the product or its packaging.
    • do not include a valid Return Authorisation Number on the shipping label.
    • have an expired Return Authorisation Number.
  • If you receive a product that appears to have been "Damaged in Transit" - that is, damaged in transit from us to you - you should:-
    • refuse to accept delivery of the product,
    • direct the courier to "Return goods to sender" and
    • notify our Customer Service staff immediately
  • Events such as wilful damage, misuse, unauthorised repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return or warranty repair or replacement.
